WSF Accreditation Requirements for Educators & Curriculum Developers
Certified educators must upload their Current WSF Certificate, which proves active membership and recognition by WSF. Ensure the document is legible and includes the official WSF certification number.
WSF Certification for Level 3 (Master Educator) and Level 4 (Laureate Educator) will only be granted if the applicant has already been pre-credentialed by WSF for the preceding levels.
Upload a valid Teaching Certificate from a recognized educational institution or an official letter of acknowledgment from a private academy.

- The certificate or letter should be issued by an authorized school or academy.
- It should clearly state your current role as a teacher or educator.
- The document should include the institution’s official stamp or letterhead to ensure authenticity.
This document should showcase your contributions to STEM education and include specific examples of activities, projects, or programs where you played a leadership role.
Key Points to Include:
- Detailed descriptions of the types of STEM activities (e.g., workshops, labs, field trips, Robotic Projects, coding challenges, etc.).
- Your specific role in organizing or leading these activities.
- Information about the target audience (e.g., grade levels, number of students).
- Any notable outcomes or impact, such as improvements in student engagement or performance.
Upload a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) that highlights your relevant experience, focusing on your teaching career and STEM-related accomplishments.
Key Points to Include:
- Educational background, including degrees, certifications, and professional development related to STEM.
- Teaching experience, particularly in STEM subjects.
- Key accomplishments in the field of STEM education, such as projects, awards, or recognition.
- Relevant industry experience, if applicable (e.g., work in STEM-related fields outside of education).
If you have participated in or led any STEM competitions, provide a detailed document that lists the competition details. This includes competitions where you have guided students, participated as a judge or organizer, or led a team.
Key Points to Include:
- The name of the competition (e.g., Robotics Challenge, Science Fair, Coding Jam, etc.).
- The date and location of the competition.
- A brief description of the competition’s objectives and your role in it.
- Mention any notable outcomes, such as awards won, student achievements, or team performance.
Process to Apply
Step 1: Registration
Register on the WSF Accreditation Application link by clicking the “Join Now”
- Create an account with email, personal and contact details.
- Verify your account through a confirmation email sent to your registered address.
Step 2: Complete the Application Form
You will be directed to the application form. Provide all current personal details.
- Personal Data: Name, address and DOB.
- Educational Details: Institution, degree, course/specialization and year of passing.
- Employment Details: Organization, designation, department, date of joining
Step 3: Upload Required Documents
Each section in the application will specify what documents are needed. Ensure that the files are labeled clearly:
- Current WSF Credential Certificate
- Teaching Certificate or acknowledgment from a recognised school or private academy
- Description of STEM Activities led.
- Personal CV highlighting relevant experience
- Competition Details (Name, Date and Location)
You will have the option to upload multiple files for each section if necessary.
Step 4: Provide Consent to Disclaimers
In this step, applicants are required to review and acknowledge several key points before submitting their application:
- Accuracy of Information: By proceeding, applicants confirm that all the information and documents provided are accurate, truthful, and complete to the best of their knowledge.
- Privacy and Data Protection: Applicants acknowledge that WSF will handle all data in accordance with its Privacy and Data Protection Policy. This policy ensures the secure and responsible use of the data submitted through the application process.
- Use of Data: By submitting the application, applicants grant WSF the right to use the submitted data for processing the application, as well as for analytics and market intelligence purposes. This helps WSF improve its accreditation services and provide deeper insights into educational trends.
- Consent for Communication: Applicants give permission to WSF to contact them via email and SMS regarding the status of their accreditation application, as well as to receive occasional marketing and communication materials related to WSF’s services, updates, and events.
All disclaimers must be accepted in order to proceed with the submission.
Step 5: Submit the Application
After reviewing all the provided information and documents, you can submit your application. Once submitted, no changes can be made to the form or documents.
Step 6: Pay the Requisite Fees
Pay the certification fees associated with the level you have applied for.
- You will be redirected to the payment portal, complete the transaction.
- The submission will only be considered finalized after the successful payment of the fees.
On payment confirmation, your application will be officially submitted for review by the WSF Accreditation & Credentialing team.
Step 7: Access to Personal Dashboard
Post the completion of application and the payment of requisite fees, applicants can access their personal dashboard to manage all details related to their WSF certification. The following items will be available on the dashboard:
- WSF Communications: Any updates, notifications, and messages from WSF regarding the accreditation & certification process.
- Credentialing Certificates: Digital copies of the certification awarded to the educator.
- Badges and Insignias: Digital badges and insignias for use on social media platforms to showcase the educator’s credentialing status.
- Payment Records and Invoices: Full payment history, (invoices for certification fees and application related other financial transactions).
